The skill training program offered by HOBEFI focuses on equipping participants with practical skills that are in demand within their local contexts. These skills typically include vocational trades such as IT (Applications/Web Development and Machine Learning), Smart Agriculture, Fashion and Design, and Renewable Energy. The program is designed to cater to the specific needs and interests of the participants, considering factors such as local job market demand and individual aptitudes.

We know as our data proofs that over 95% of our beneficiaries have been through trauma due to lost of their source of livelihood and or psychosocial torture from either the crisis in the North West and South West or some some form of Gender based Violence. As a result we have put in place trained psychologist and GBV experts to help them improve their decision making, stress management and behavior based on understanding past behavior to better predict future behavior. Our training also ensure we apply the do no harm principle by training staffs on sexual exploitation and abused (PSEA) and also ensuring our beneficiaries are safe.
At HOBEFI, we believe that education is the cornerstone of empowerment and transformation, especially for vulnerable communities facing crises. With this conviction in mind, we have launched a Scholarship Program aimed at providing educational opportunities to the most vulnerable individuals, particularly those affected by crises such as internal displacement.
Our training method revolves around a holistic approach that combines industry-relevant curriculum, experienced faculty mentorship, hands-on training, entrepreneurship focus, and state-of-the-art facilities. We believe in nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and empowering individuals to become leaders and innovators in the field of product design and production.
