The skill training program offered by HOBEFI focuses on equipping participants with practical skills that are in demand within their local contexts. These skills typically include vocational trades such as IT (Applications/Web Development and Machine Learning), Smart Agriculture, Fashion and Design, and Renewable Energy. The program is designed to cater to the specific needs and interests of the participants, considering factors such as local job market demand and individual aptitudes.
The training curriculum is carefully designed to provide comprehensive instruction in the chosen vocational trades. It incorporates both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical training to ensure that participants gain a thorough understanding of the subject matter.
HOBEFI provides well-equipped training facilities where participants can learn and practice their chosen trades in a conducive environment. This may include workshops, laboratories, or simulated work environments that replicate real-world conditions.
The skill training program is facilitated by experienced instructors who possess expertise in their respective fields. H4BF works closely with local employers and businesses to facilitate job opportunities for program graduates, ensuring a smooth transition into the workforce.
